Saylor's Home Inspection is owned and operated by Brian Saylor:

"I have lived in the Raleigh area since 1967 and built a home at Lake Gaston almost 20 years ago. I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1983 with a Bachelor's of Science undergraduate degree, then received a Master's degree from North Carolina State University in 1992. Their rivalry can cause some internal confusion, but I have learned to deal with it.

The most common types of inspection I perform are Pre-Purchase, Pre-Listing, New Construction and Warranty. I am also certified to preform Radon Testing which is commonly requested in this area.

You are welcome and encouraged to be present during the inspection and I will point out any areas of concern. After the Inspection, I will discuss my preliminary findings with you and convey my concerns about the property. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a detailed report addressing all issues discovered. I encourage you to read the complete report and, if you have any questions, to contact me for clarification.
