Annandale
Annandale was a new neighborhood in early 2018, located in the heart of Garner, with development of new home sites continuing until 2019. It features several stunning and unique floorplans, and the homes sit on roughly a third of an acre. They can feature nine-foot ceilings, first or second master bedroom plans, gas range kitchens with granite countertops, and even three-car garages. Each home has a wide front or back porch, large bedrooms, and spacious living areas. There are farmhouse style exteriors, including craftsman or ranches.
Annandale offers residents comfortable, suburban living while being conveniently located just twenty minutes to the downtown Garner area, as well as less than thirty minutes from downtown Raleigh. There are several parks and small rivers that can offer residents and families fun recreational activities, such as hiking or kayaking.
