Groves of Deerfield
The Groves at Deerfield was developed from 2005 through 2017. The neighborhood highlights custom design while maintaining a small town, southern charm. The single-family homes feature open floorplans, granite countertops, beautiful kitchen backsplash, fireplaces, and large master bedrooms. Some on suite bathrooms may even feature garden tubs. The homes also have two-car garages, long driveways, and wide front lawns.
The neighborhood offers residents quiet living while being just minutes from the historic village of Wendell, multiple schools, restaurants, and shops. The Groves of Deerfield is roughly five minutes from Highways 64, 264, and I-495, while being around twenty-five minutes to downtown Raleigh. Wendell is a smaller city, though is constantly expanding and it makes outdoor and family living a priority, drawing in more and more residents every year.
