Sequoia Creek is a small neighborhood of around twenty homesites nestled in a quaint Cary location near Highway 540. Residents are near the American Tobacco Road trail, which is made up of around 22.2 miles to enjoy. The neighborhood is also only a few miles from the Streets at Southpoint Mall and the Parkside Town Commons shopping center. There are also multiple parks, playgrounds, and lakes nearby. The Old Chatham Golf Course is also a very short drive away.
The homes throughout Sequoia Creek are in a variety of floorplans, such as first or second-floor master suites or larger dining areas and outdoor spaces. The designs highlight an overall open floorplan that prioritizes plenty of natural light and nature views.
