those accreditations are: CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), Certified Distinctive Homes Specialists, SPS (Strategic Pricing Specialist), CSP (Certified New Homes Sales Professional), Certified Relocation Specialist.

buy or sell a home. Susan knows that the more her clients know the
less stress they will have as they go through the process together. She
is there for them every step of the way.
Susan has been a resident of Raleigh since 1979, so she really knows the
area well. Staying on top of the real estate and employment trends helps
her help you make educated decisions about buying or selling.
Susan has always given back to her community with volunteer work
throughout the years. She goes on to say, “My love for helping others,
blended with my knowledge of houses, made this a perfect fit.” Prior to
becoming involved in real estate, Susan was a school teacher and an
at-home mother. She always had a fascination for houses and design.
When asked what she loves most about living in the Triangle area, Susan
says she loves the trees incorporated into the neighborhoods throughout

Raleigh. She also enjoys the diversity of cultural events within the local
radius in the Triangle area. Susan is always excited to talk to clients
