Hi, I'm Tonia!  I've been a Raleigh, NC resident for over 15 years and a licensed North Carolina real estate broker since 2006.   My ultimate goal in working with home sellers and buyers is providing a smooth, turn-key real estate transaction focused on direct and constant communication, while creating exceptional experiences focused on service and value.

Prior to my tenure in real estate, I worked as a director in the nonprofit sector, launched a mobile fundraising app on iTunes and co-founded a software platform supporting local small businesses.  I hold a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Service, Leadership & Management. 
 
When I'm not assisting my real estate clients, I help homeowners, home remodeling experts and home builders with their countertop needs through Vose Natural Stone.  I spend my leisure time with my pup Jovi and cat, Kitty, rehabbing and decorating my own home, gardening, thrifting, exercising, enjoying my friends and family and embarking on new adventures both near and far.
