He has resided in the Raleigh and Wake county area since 1964 and is very familiar with real estate in Wake County and the surrounding areas. His area of expertise is residential listings and sales.

Art and his wife, Anitra, have received several awards for being a top selling team at Northside Realty. Art’s focus is listening to the needs of his clients and working to meet those needs.

In their spare time, Art and his wife enjoy gardening at their home in Raleigh, and farming loblolly pine trees on their 100 acre farm in eastern Wake County. They are involved in Plant a Row for the Hungry at a community garden. Art is also involved in this church and in local Bible studies.
