Rossi obtained his real estate broker’s license in 1971 in Albuquerque, NM, where he was a top producer and became a sales manager/trainer. In 1986, he moved with his family to Raleigh, NC as a sales trainer for the largest real estate firm.
Marketing? Rossi wrote the book on it, "Dog Eat Dog & Vice Versa; 9 Secrets to Put the Bite Into Your Marketing."
As a Senior Instructor for CRS, Rossi created and delivered the New Homes Sales Course for NAR’s CRS (National Association of REALTORS® Certified Residential Specialist).
He’s also created courses in sales, marketing, listings, communication, ethics, negotiation, personal career management, goal execution, life choices, and happiness.

Bishop earned her real estate broker’s license in 1975 in Albuquerque, NM, co-owned a real estate company, and then moved to Raleigh, NC, with Rossi where she sold out new home neighborhoods, now works with referrals only, co-wrote, with her granddaughter, and published a children’s book, "Let's Pretend."
