Kathryn is a proud Raleigh native who recently returned home after more than a decade in New York City’s hospitality industry. After selling her NYC restaurant, she transitioned into real estate investment, specializing in renovating and selling older homes with a keen eye for design and detail.

Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, Kathryn brings vision, strategy, and an entrepreneurial spirit to every transaction — whether buying, selling, or investing.

An NCSU graduate and former Varsity Women’s Swim Team member, Kathryn now enjoys exploring Downtown Raleigh with her husband, David, their two daughters, and their lovable Bernedoodle, Pepper. Together, Kathryn and David own Statement of Work, a design/build company focused on revitalizing properties in the heart of Raleigh.
