Rhonda loves calling North Carolina” HOME".  Her career began in the banking and finance industry.  After moving her way up to Branch Manager, she moved her career focus to Marketing and Advertising and became an award winning Account Executive and Sales Manager in the radio industry for 2 decades. 

After relocating from Fayetteville, NC to Fuquay-Varina, NC she began a career in Real Estate.  Her passion for building her own homes gave her an edge on construction and a passion for needs and wants in helping her clients sell and buy properties that fit both needs and wants. 

By combining her excellent marketing and advertising skillset, along with her love of real estate, she excelled in helping both buyers and sellers achieve their goals.  Rhonda transitioned to the prestigious area of Southwest, Florida in Naples and Bonita Springs and began her award-winning real estate career in Luxury Real Estate.  Having this opportunity provides her clients with an unique experience from first time home buyers to selling and purchasing homes.  No home is too large or too small.  She has experience in all levels.

After over a decade of residing in Southwest Florida, her daughters began building families and she desired to spend more time around her 7 grandchildren.  Relocating back to North Carolina has been heartwarming to spend time with her growing family.

Rhonda is proud to be a military brat and highly respects our Military and Veterans.  Her father retired from the United State Air Force.  She has lived from the East Coast, Midwest and West Coast of the U.S., to include Guam.  Rhonda highly respects our Military and Veterans.  Her wanderlust for travel has taken her to many different countries and continents.

Rhonda enjoys her pet African Grey Parrot. Her hobbies include raising multiple types of butterflies, gardening, interior design, including remodeling projects. This brings a wealth of ideas in personalizing your home after purchase and staging your home to showcase its best features for sellers.
