Selcuk has lived in the in the RTP area for over 30 years and brings knowledge of history and progression of neighborhoods in the area. After he received his Real Estate license in 1985, he worked with relocating clients to RTP and also began selling real estate for investment clients.

Currently, he is focused on selling houses to clients acting as a buyer agent in Durham, Orange, Wake and Chatham counties. His understanding of home building techniques and his engineering degree allow him to help clients assess potential problems prior to making an offer. He continues to identify houses for investors and has accumulated a list of contractors to bring a house up to move in ready condition.
