Audubon Park
Audubon Park is located in South Durham, about 10 minutes to the downtown area and Research Triangle Park to the East. The neighborhood is one of the smaller ones in these suburban area, however the homes offer medium-sized back or front yards and wooded lots. About two sides of the neighborhood borders beautiful wooded land and multiple creeks; which act as a habitat for multiple wildlife including deer, rabbits, and birds. Audubon Park is also close to multiple highways, including 40 and 540, allowing residents to easily access the surrounding cities such as downtown Raleigh, Cary, and Chapel Hill.
The homes vary between older homes from the late 1990's to newer construction. The single family homes typically have two to four bedrooms and open floor-plans, though sizes and styles can also vary with the neighborhood's town-homes. Many homes also have wide front porches, back decks or paved patios, bonus rooms, and two-car garages. Beautiful landscaping throughout the neighborhood adds to homes' charm and natural setting.
