Ballenridge
Ballenridge is a small neighborhood located along the inner border of downtown Holly Springs, just twenty-five minutes Southwest of downtown Raleigh. Residents are five minutes from the businesses throughout the downtown Holly Springs area. There are two playgrounds with picnic areas within the community, as well as charming areas where the Utley Creek runs through part of the neighborhood. Some homes may have parts of the creek within their own backyards.
Ballenridge features single-family, two-story homes that have either one or two-car garages. Right down the street is a community library, grocery center, several parks, and The Shoppes at Holly Springs. The Devils Ridge Golf Club and two lakes are also roughly ten minutes from the neighborhood. Nearby is an elementary school and a high school, as well as multiple restaurants.
