Built by Level Homes, Cardinal Homes is a new community as of mid 2018 and located is in the Eastern suburbs of Durham, in-between the downtown area and Falls Lake. The neighborhood has approximately 142 homesites, and offers residents five different floorplans that can be open, traditional, or transitional. The homes can include three to four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
Just a quick drive down the road will take residents to plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment throughout downtown Durham. The neighborhood is around just 10 miles from the popular Briar Creek shopping plaza, as well as Duke University and the American Tobacco Campus or Research Triangle Park.
