Pine Terrace
Pine Terrace is a small, quaint neighborhood in Wake Forest with average homeowners being first-time homebuyers or those looking to heavily down-size. The neighborhood has a great Wake Forest location, placing it just ten minutes from downtown Wake Forest, Franklin Academy High School, and several parks including Forest Bridge and Mill Bridge Nature Park. Residents can enjoy shaded and private lots, along with beautiful tree-lined backyards. Some of the homes were built in the early 90's and 2000's, though some have been updated while newer homes have been added to the area in more recent years. The majority of the homes are one-story ranch styles, while there are some two-stories or split levels scattered throughout the neighborhood.
