Bailey's Hill
Built by Drees Homes, Bailey's Hill is a new, 2018 neighborhood in North Raleigh, specifically located just off Creedmoor Road. The homes feature large, wooded homesites with floorplans that can include basements and first or second floor master suites. The homes are built as part of the DreeSmart Energy Program, which commits to building energy efficient residences.
Residents can also expect one to two-car garages, high ceilings, gourmet kitchens, and craftsman styled details in most of the homes. Convivence to Highway I-540 places the neighborhood just minutes from downtown Raleigh, while already being only a couple minutes down the road from Crabtree Valley Mall and North Hills. While many of the homes are two-story, some feature three or a lofted flex space.
