Boulder Creek
Boulder Creek, also known as Grays Creek, is a large neighborhood made up single-family homes built between 2016 to 2018. It is situated on the Northwest border of downtown Fuquay Varina. The neighborhood features craftsman and farmhouse inspired homes, most of which have two car garages. Boulder Creek is roughly ten minutes from Fuquay Varina High School, and just a short drive to all the shops and restaurants in the city center. Residents can enjoy and easy commute to downtown Raleigh with convenient access to Highways 401 and 64. The neighborhood is also close to Shearon Harris Reservoir and Harris Lake County Park.
