Brewers Glynn
Brewers Glynn is a quiet neighborhood in between the Wake Forest Reservoir Park and the Southeastern Seminary. Many of the homes have private wooded lots, fenced-in backyards, and open floor-plans. The majority of the homes are on the older side, though there is some new development as thee neighborhood expands. Downtown Wake Forest is less than 10 minutes away, along several other districts that feature local restaurants and specialty shops. Entertainment, such as The Factory Recreation Center, Smith Creek Soccer Center, and Galaxy Fun Park are also just minutes away. Convenience to Highway 98 makes this neighborhood roughly twenty minutes from downtown Raleigh.
