Briar Chapel
Briar Chapel is a large, community-focused neighborhood in Chapel Hill that prioritizes sustainable and healthy living. The neighborhood was started in 2017, and the homes include sustainable features, multiple floorplans, and modern details. Residents can enjoy the Briar Clubhouse that features several lounges, a pool with separate, fenced-in child area, a playground, and children centers.
The clubhouse also actively hosts multiple family events throughout the year, such as holiday get-togethers for children. The neighborhood is purposely integrated with the outdoors by including 24 miles of walking trails and 900 acres of preserved land for residents to enjoy and explore. There are also 20 community parks in close proximity to the neighborhood, along with several K-12 schools and shopping centers.
