Carlton Pointe
Carlton Pointe is a neighborhood that was built to focus convenience for families and the importance of community. There are several walking trails, a bike trail, community center with a pool, and a 'tot lot' playground for young children; or, residents can stroll throughout the neighborhood on the paved sidewalks. There is a very active HOA that keeps the neighborhood and its landscaping looking beautiful throughout the year. It also actively informs residents of any changes, policies, or events happening around the neighborhood.
It's a farly large neighborhood with over three hundred custom single-family homes in a variety of different sizes and styles. The first homes were built in 2009, though more have been built each year up until early 2018.
Just a few minutes down the main street is Rolesville Community School Park, Main Street Park, and Fantasy Lake Scuba Park. There are also K-12 schools close by, along with the Granite Falls Swim and Athletic Club. The neighborhood is roughly twenty minutes away from downtown Raleigh and Wake Forest, though there are multiple shopping or grocery store plazas along the way towards both cities.
