Carolina Arbors is a new subdivision with custom homes in 11 different designs by Del Webb. It is specifically designed to be not just a typical neighborhood, but more of an active community. The neighborhood is only one mile from the Brier Creek Shopping District, which indludes specialty shops, restaurants, and a cinema. Residents can also access the William B. Umstead State Park in just a few minutes.
Carolina Arbors features a 37,000 square foot community center, with includes indoor and outdoor pools, game rooms, fitness center, tennis courts, and dog park. Residents can take part in the community garden or enjoy beautiful North Carolina weather in the neighborhood parks. RDU International Airport and Research Triangle Park are roughly 20 minutes away, with downtown Raleigh being about a 30 minute drive.
