Clearwater Creek
Clearwater Creek is located in South Franklinton, less than ten minutes from the downtown Franklinton Area, or downtown Youngsville. As it borders both towns, the community can be considered located in either. Construction began in early 2018 by Eastwood Homes and continued expansion until late 2018. Some common features of the homes are two-car garages, flex-spaces, and open floorplans, while others may even include balconies. Many homes also include walk-up attics or unfinished attic and storage spaces.
Because of the neighborhood's convenient location, residents can enjoy all amenities and activities throughout Franklinton or Youngsville. Nearby activities include the nearby Olde Liberty Golf Club, Hill Ridge Farms, or the seasonal Haunted Forest at Panic Point. There are also numerous ponds, lakes, and acres of nature preserves for residents to enjoy through fishing, boating, or hiking.
