Coachman's Trail
Coachmans Trail is an older, established neighborhood tucked into the quaint, private woods of North Raleigh. The neighborhood offers a wide range of home types with different square footage ranges, lot sizes, and architecture. However, most homes in the neighborhood sit on an acre lot or more with beautiful, wooded yards. Though some of the homes are older, many have been upgraded with modern features.
Besides enjoying the gorgeous, natural surroundings without losing short distance to the city, residents can enjoy multiple neighborhood amenities, including tennis courts, playgrounds, a large community pool, and even two lakes that are great for fishing or taking a small boat out. If residents want even more recreational activities, the Falls Lake State Recreation Area and William B. Umstead State Park are just a short drive away. Wake Forest is also less then twenty minutes away, while a drive to downtown Raleigh will take roughly thirty minutes.
