Legacy at Jordan Lake
The Legacy at Jordan Lake community was started in 2007 through 2008, with sizable expansion throughout 2014 to 2018. The neighborhood is a beautiful mix of architectural styles, such as English-cottage accents to colonial inspired facades. With such a diversity of home styles, the neighborhood offers wide ranges of square footage and price. Residents can enjoy spacious living areas with high ceilings, nearly floor to ceiling windows, and stunning outdoor patios or decks. Residents may also access the neighborhood's Clubhouse and amenities facilities, which includes tennis courts, a swimming pool, golf course, and walking trails.
As the community's name suggests, Legacy at Jordan Lake borders the popular Jordan Lake and its many campgrounds, picnic areas, and boat docks. Residents are simply across the street from the stunning nature views and activities. Just up the main road by about twenty-five minutes is downtown Chapel Hill, while downtown Cary is on the opposite side of the lake by roughly thirty minutes.
