Sweetwater
Sweetwater features six different home styles and a variety of floorplans at wide price and square footage ranges. The homes are ecoSelect Certified, and are connected to one another by paved sidewalks. Besides the gorgeous landscaping found on the home lots, residents can enjoy the ten "pocket parks" dotted throughout the neighborhood. Some of these parks feature gaming sites, such as horseshoes or cornhole. For additional recreational activities, residents can quickly access the Apex Greenway, which runs along the outer edge of the neighborhood.
Residents can visit the 4,200 square foot community center, which has a large outdoor pool, a work-out center, and two playgrounds. There are also two dog parks within the neighborhood. There is a 45-acre commercial shopping center, called the Sweetwater Town Center, for convenient shopping or dining; though, it also includes grocery, banking, and retail services options.
