Tuscany
Tuscany is a master-planned community offering different home styles built from 2011 to 2018 in Clayton. Tuscany features an expansive recreation center with clubhouse for residents to enjoy. It includes a large pool, children-designated pool area, and playground, all of which are separately fenced-in. The community's green landscape is divided into four distinct, yet connected neighborhoods: Tuscany Cottages, Tuscany Meadows, Tuscany Reserve, and Tuscany Estates.
The neighborhood has been built by Terramor Homes, and is adjacent to the Neuse River and Neuse Golf Club. Residents can access downtown Clayton in just ten minutes, or downtown Raleigh in approximately thirty minutes. The two-story homes feature two-car garages, while some include brick or stone exteriors.
