Evan Purser Agent
I am a native of Raleigh, having been born and raised here while growing up in the same neighborhood my parents were raised. While attending college, I got my first real taste of real estate while also working as a handyman for a real estate agent to earn some extra money. I started my career in real estate as an investor right after college. I survived the real estate crash (barely!) and became a broker. Through my journeys of building homes from the ground up, remodeling dozens, and flipping homes across the state, I have amassed extensive knowledge in the real estate industry. I strive to bring a high level of service and dedication to my clients.
I'm an active investor, holding multiple properties for rentals and flip several homes each year. My specialty is finding the value in a property and being able to guide or assist you through capturing equity. With a strong negotiation background, an extensive knowledge of the city, as well as an "eye" for design, I bring a lot of expertise to the table. I can help you design, remodel, or add onto a home. I can also help you subdivide, recombine, and guide you through all of the processes of buying, selling, or investing in a home. One of the largest mistakes I've seen folks make is not contacting an experienced agent about what upgrades and additions will add to the value of their home; and, what the market is commanding on the resale side.
In my spare time, you can find me riding in my truck, turning wrenches on my Jeep so that I can go break it again, or cooking. I have a passion for baking, anything mechanical, and traveling the world.
