Though born and raised in western Pennsylvania, I have lived in Raleigh, NC, since 1992. I have always worked in a field of dealing with public relations and pride myself on being "in tune" with others' needs. I believe I have the ability to work with people and assist them through the Real Estate process with ease. My main goal is to guide my clients not only from beginning to end of the transaction, but to always remain in touch and build a relationship upon my capabilities of a professional and friend.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, NC Association of Realtors, and the Raleigh Board of Realtors. My clients enjoy working with me because I am loyal, detail-oriented, can make easy work of a difficult transaction, and diligently go the extra mile to get them what they want. Other agents enjoy working with me because they know I am thorough, professional, and am involved in the transaction process from beginning to end, resulting in less confusion in getting to the closing table.
I am a graduate of Hickory High School in Hermitage, PA, and attended modeling school in Miami, FL, where I worked with the Glyne Kennedy Modeling Agency. I later worked at American Airlines for 15 years before getting my North Carolina Real Estate Broker's license in the late 2000's. I was a Realtor/Broker with Fonville Morisey Realty from 2008 to early 2018 before coming here to Northside Realty.
My ultimate goal is to assist others to market their properties as well as purchase properties that fit their needs and goals from now into the future. I am in constant pursuit of continuing education, market trends, financial trends, and marketing strategies that work. I find this work gratifying and believe my passion for Real Estate conveys to my associates, colleagues, and my clients.

My track record includes Real Estate Owned transactions, relocation specialty, converting renters into buyers, and traditional Real Estate transactions.
