Tracy Smith Agent
I have lived in Canada, Florida, Virginia, New York and California. As a professional stand-up comedian, I have toured and performed in nearly all 50 states and across Canada. When the housing market created the big land rush in 2005, I pounced on good timing and purchased my home in Raleigh. I joined the board of the HOA in my Smoketree subdivision, where I met my inspiring mentor, Jo Smith. Together we made many positive changes to our neighborhood where I live to this day.
I have worked as a beverage cart bartenter at Heritage Country Club, Wakefield Country Club and I am in my fourth year of taking great care of the members and guest on the course at Raleigh Country Club. Being outside and talking to people playing a sport they love is a joy and a privilege as well as access to top real estate professionals, bankers, financial advisors, lawyers, landowners and home buyers.
During the pandemic shut down, while being laid off from all manners of employment, I decided to push forward and get my real estate license. No matter how far I go in this business the knowledge gained about real estate, the laws governing land ownership and the transfer of property is well worth having. I walk my dog Betty in my subdivision and my neighbors ask me questions I'm confident to answer as a real estate expert. I'm a pretty fresh licensee but I negotiate well and work closely with the decades of experience on my team with Jo and Richard Smith at Property Smiths.
